This activity will be held in Turin in January 2019 and organised by the hosting partner SCT Centre | Corep. During this activity, partners will experience the Mathemart methodology, one of the two methodologies that will be used as starting point to create the new TIM Methodology. Mathemart is a new approach to mathematics created by Maurizio Bertolini in 2011: it consists in teaching mathematics in the Social and Community Theatre (SCT) workshop. see more here.
The training will last 6 days, and every day will be composed of a practical and a theoretical part.
During the activity the partners will be trained on how to use Mathemart and the SCT Methodology. Furthermore there will be sessions of discussion among the participants in order to enter into the details of the methodology and how it can be useful for the TIM Methodology.
In this activity DORS’s researchers will start to build the right indicators to assess the methodologies involved.
